Assalam o Alaikum, If you get to find out that your wife is not a virgin after marriage and that she has lied about it, what is the best way forward for the husband? Thanks

Answer

(Fatwa: 487/339/L=1431)

If the wife does tauba from doing wrong activity in future then it is better to keeo her as wife. It is not necessary to divorce her.
