Have my actions made me a kafir? What is the status of my marriage?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
1.Twice i was unclean(napaak), at that my brother in law present with me told for going mosque. I was ashamed to inform that i was unclean, so i went with him and performed salah with the intention to mock and made wudhu and mocked with imam. 2. Twice or thrice it happened that while in salah, i passed wind, still i stayed in salah with the intention to mock and continued till the end. 3. It happened recently that when i was travelling in Bus, i made tayammum with the seat infront of me and prayed salah with sitting. Do i became a kafir with the above acts? i am married person, what is the status of my marriage? How to remarry my wife again. But i believe that one should be clean and in the state of wudhu is necessary conditions of salah.

Answer

(Fatwa: 542/L=247/tl=1432)

(1) If you imitated the salah in the state of janabah (major impurity) the ruling of kufr shall not be applicable, but it is unlawful to enter in the mosque in the state of janabah. You committed sin, so you should do tauba and istighfar for the same.
(2) In case of passing wind, if it was difficult to go out of the mosque and you offered salah without the intention of salah, the ruling of kufr shall not be applicable. However, it is necessary on you to offer that salah again.
(3) Your fardh was not valid due to offering salah sitting on the seat after making tayammum. It is necessary to re-offer that salah. However, there is no ruling of kufr in this case as well.
