(Fatwa: 493/364=L/1430)
Using condom without any valid reason is makrooh. However, if anyone had sex using condom then both will have to take bath:
أولج حشفتہ أو قدرھا ملفوفۃ بخرقۃ إن وجد لذۃ الجماع وجب الغسل وإلا لا علی الأصح، والأحوط الوجوب أي وجوب الغسل في الوجھین (الدر المختار مع الشامی 1:303)
