Please interpret my dream. In morning hours I dreamt that my little brothers were coming from school and were crossing the road. A car came and ran on them and my brothers were cut in half. I was screaming their names. I woke up and cried a lot. I am very scared.

You need not worry. In-shaAllah, your condition shall turn better. You should keep fast, offer salah, do zikr, recitation and dua extensively.
