Assalam mualaikum, i just want to know that is there any evidence that our rasul said masallah or tabarakallah. Also am going to University and i need to take out a student loan and grant is that haram.

Answer

(Fatwa: 690/635=D/1429)

 

The Prophet (صلي الله عليه وسلم) spoke these words at various places and they are mentioned in books of Hadith:

(1)    بارک اللہ فی صفقتک (ترمذی: باب الشراء والبیع)

(2)    بارک اللہ، اولم و لو بشاۃ (قال لعبد الرحمن بن عوف، صحیح مسلم: 1427)

(3)    ما شاء اللہ کان و لو کرہ الناس (شمائل کبری: 3/215)

(4)    ما شاء اللہ ولا قوۃ الا باللہ (روایۃ انس، روح المعانی: 8/230 )

There is no hadith having تبارک اللہ.

 

How do you take student loan or grant? Please, write it clearly. If there is no interest involved there is no wrong in taking it.
