Answer

(Fatwa: 2081/B=1677/tb=1431)

In the case mentioned above, the whole property of that Sunni Muslim according to shariah shall be divided into 128 shares, out of which 8-8 shares will go to each wife, 14-14 shares to each son while 7-7 shares to each daughter. Then the shares of deceased wife will go to her sons and daughters as per the rule of (لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الأُنثَيَيْنِ [النساء: 11) i.e. for a male there is a share equal to that of two females.

Detail:
Wife: 2×8= 16
Sons: 6×14= 84
Daughters: 4×7= 28
Total: 128 Shares
