Can a paralyzed person pray salah without tayamum and repeat it later?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
1-A friend of mine is asking whether he could pour down 2 year-old zamzam water(Its not worthy of drinking) down the drain, Is this permissible? 2-Is it permissible to eat on table and chairs and with knife and fork,in places where some muslims and non muslims eat with fork and Knife? 3-A person is paralyzed if theres no one awailable to make him do tayamum then could he pray salah without tayamum, and does he have to repeat his salah when he finds someone to makes him do tayamum after the salah time has finished? Jazak Allah Khair

Answer

(Fatwa: 295/257=D/1430)

If it is useless, it is better to pour it in plants etc, it is unlawful to put it in an impure place.

(2) It is allowable to eat at table sitting in chair if needed so. But using knife and fork is the way of others, so one should avoid using in unnecessarily just for the sake of show and display.

(3) In any way, he should let his hands to touch the soil up to elbow and pass his face on wall, this will suffice him. He is not allowed to miss the salah, but he will not have to repeat it:

If he is unable to do it as well, then according to Imam Abu Yusuf he can adopt the resemblance of salah, and later he should repeat the salah with tayammum when he is able to do so:
