Assalaamu ‘Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu, Will those who are born in non-Muslim family but don’t have any abilities of understanding about religion whatsoever and they do what their parents make them do go to the Jahannam? There are people who are born in non-Muslim family and have disabilities like unable to talk, deaf, blind, unable to understand anything or most things, etc. Please answer very soon. Their belief and disbelief will not be counted until they are mature. But, those who are mature and have received the news of the Prophet’s advent and they do not believe, then they will go to the Hell. So far as the belief of disabled such as dumb and deaf are concerned, it is enough for them to perceive the belief only; they do not need to utter it by tongue.
والذي نفس محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم لايسمع بي أحد من هذه الأمة يهودي أو نصراني ثم يموت ولم يومن بالذي ارسلت به الا كان من أصحاب النار (مشكوة: 12)
