What are the differences between Hanbali and Hanafi Maslaks?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Here in Saudi Arabia, Asr salah is offered according to the Hanbali maslak which is not the time of Asr according to Hanafi. In such case what should a Hanafi follower do? either leave the Jmaah and offer the salah later or join the jamah with them, because it is a daily problem for those who are living here in KSA.

Answer

(Fatwa: 566/5669=L)

Though, according to Ahnaaf the fatwa is that the time of Asr starts from mislain (when shade of an object becomes two fold except its original shade), but there is another qaol (opinion) that the time of Asr starts from one misl. Imam Abu Yusuf and Imam Muhammad also support this opinion; therefore due to the above compulsion it is allowable to offer Asr Salah with jama?at on first misl i.e. according to Hanbali Maslk.
