(Fatwa: 114/101=L/1429)
The talaq is not affected by getting pregnant, the Talaq takes place during pregnancy as well, but her iddah will come to an end at delivery, as Allah said:
واولات الاحمال اجلھن ان یضعن حملھن (الآیۃ)
As for those having pregnancy, their term (of Iddah) is that they give birth to their child.
