Is it necessary to recite “auzubillahiminashshaitanirrajeem” before reading any ayah of the Quraan shareef?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
i heard it is compulsary (wajib) to say “auzubillahiminashshaitanirrajeem” before reading any ayah of the Quraan shareef. i read ayatu kursi after every farz namaz so do i have to say tauz before ayatul kursi too?

Answer

(Fatwa: 52/52/M=1432)

It is masnoon to recite ta’auz (اعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم) before reciting the holy Quran. Though reciting Ayatul Kursi after fardh salah is not for the purpose of recitation, then also it is better to recite ta’auz.
