Is a woman allowed to remove her face veil for security reasons if asked?

If a woman is asked remove her face veil for some special circumstances like security reasons,etc. Is she then allowed to do that?

Answer

(Fatwa: 1080/674/H=1432)

Yes, removing face veil is allowable in case of compulsion.
