Is it halal to charge commission and “jholi” money as a fruit trader?

Whether it is mandatory to perform namaz-e-qasr during the journey which is prescribed, or one can perform regular Salah even during the journey?

Answer

(Fatwa: 1905/1352/L=1432)

It is necessary to offer qasr salah in journey, it is not right to offer full salah.
