Why do some Ulama say recording VHS in mosques is haram, but not in other programmes like marriages?

I had seen here the islamic propogation office of riyadh use video graphie to make recording vhs in their programmmes . even if it is in mosques.what does islam says about this is it correct!and if we make the same thing in our proggrammes like marriages and other functions all ulama says it is haram.. why…? please take me out of confusion

Making video films of marriage functions is obviously impermissible. But, as far as the video of Islamic propagation programmes in Riyadh is concerned, we are not aware of it. Please, contact the Ulama of that office and whatever reply they give to your question send a copy of it to us also.
