Asalaamualikum warahmathullaihi wabarkathahu, i am mohammed umair khan from india, i want know…. my uncle have 1 lakh ruppess property… he have 1 son & 5 daughters. he wish to give their claims…how he should do. they are :- 1). Uncle 2). Aunty 3). they have one Son (1 Boy) & five Daughters ( 5 Girls). i am waitting for your positive answer….. how distribute to every one equal property…. through ISLAMIC SHARIATH, QURAN SHARIFF & HADITH OF HAZRATH MOHAMMED MUSTAFA SALLAHU ALIHI WASALLAAM.

If your uncle wants to distribute his property in his life, he should separate as much as he needs for himself and for his wife, while he should distribute the remaining property in 6 shares and give one share to each son and daughter and transfer it in their possession and disposal.
