What is the ruling on ghusl in cases of involuntary semen emission during potty (pakhana)?

When I do potty (pakhana) while doing some force to do it I see that some drops of semen comes out from my penis. Does this make me to do ghusl? Please answer. I have problem in offering prayer due to this problem.

Answer

(Fatwa: 934/767/B=1433)

The drop which is discharged while excreting stool does not make ghusl wajib. You should offer salah only by making wudhu.
