(Fatwa: 800/670/B=1432)

It is sin to get employment by telling a lie, cheating and showing false experience. It is not lawful as per the Shariah. But if someone has got employment in this way, it shall be halal and lawful for him to receive salary after doing right work. However, he shall be sinful due to getting employment by showing false experience and cheating.
