I work in India away from my home. I go to my work place and stays there for six days. I come back on Saturday; again I go to my work place either on Sunday or Monday. And it goes on. Where I stay on, on Saturday & Sunday is also not my place of residence. What is effect of this on Salah? Am I always in Qasr?

Do you intend to stay permanently at the place where you stay on Saturday and Sunday or not, i.e. do you have house etc there or not? Write the complete situation of the place and submit your question again, then in-sha-Allah, you shall be replied.
