Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Sir, I want to invest my money in a company that gives its members as per its previous record 10% to 25% benefit yet it’s not fixed, and if I make any member of this company it also gives 25% of that pwrson’s benefit. Is it Halal? Can I invest?

Answer

(Fatwa: 1369/219=TL/1429)

The procedure of the abovementioned company is not lawful as per the Shariah; therefore it is unlawful to invest in the company.
