as salam dear mufti sab I have a question regarding my money which is struck in the hands of a non muslim iam unable to get back the money legally as the person who is in possession of my money now is quite strong personality with regards to politics and police is concernerd we used to deal in cash from quite long time this time he is refusing to pay back the cash i deposited the cheque against which he had taken the goods which was returned stating no balance in his a/c he has used my money to buy property in is family members name he openly says if u go legally i can prove that iam in solvent though he is quite strong financially kindly suggest some remedies or duas from which i could get reliefe from this shaytan ,,,, my money is with him from past 1yr iam not that strong to fight with those people and the amount is so big that i dont sleep most of the nights as it will take ones life time to make that amount and request u to kindly pray for me.

You should make fresh wuzu and perform two rakah Salatul Hajah with sincerely and with concentration. After saying salam, you should praise Allah Almighty, send durood to the prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) and then recite this dua:
لا اله الا الله الحليم الكريم سبحان الله رب العرش العظيم الحمد لله رب العالمين اسألك موجبات رحمتك وعزائم مغفرتك والغنيمة من كل بر و السلامة من كل اثم لا تدع لى ذنبا الا غفرته ولا هما الا فرجته ولا حاجة لك فيها رضا الا قضيتها يا ارحم الراحمين
And in other times, you should recite: يا مذل
