Can we record Adan in mobile and when new baby is born we play Adan from the mobile?

Can We Record Adan in Mobile and When New Baby is Born We Play Adan from the Mobile Phone and Keep it close to the ear of new born baby because my voice is not too loud and clear.

Answer

(Fatwa: 2401/2156=D/1429)

Recording azan in mobile and listening is permissible, but the sunnah will not be performed by playing it for the baby. If a mobile contains obscene materials and music then keeping azan is also not right, it is against the respect of azan. Keeping azan as ring tone is also makrooh (undesirable).
