Nikah of a Muslim with non-Muslim is not lawful. Almighty Allah says in the holy Quran:

و لا تنكحوا المشركات حتى يومن الآية

Wed not idolatresses till they believe. [1:221]

However, if she accepts the truth of Islam and accepts Islam wholeheartedly, then a Muslim can marry her.
