Is residing in a rental house with a toilet facing the Qiblah direction permissible?

I am residing in a rental house belongs to a non muslim, for the past two years. Here the toilet is facing the Qiblah direction. Please advice on the same, whether I can reside or to look for a new rental house. Await your early advice.

(Fatwa: 931/518/D=1432)

You should change your house if you can easily get another house. But, if it is difficult you should sit in the toilet diverting your direction from Qiblah, because turning one’s back or face towards qiblah while answering nature’s call is makrooh. But it is far better if the owner of house changes the direction of the seat.
