Does saying “My name is Avatar” during a conversation constitute Kufr and invalidate nikah?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
If a person, as part of a conversation, not referring to himself and not knowing the meaning of what he is saying states my name is Avatar does this constitute kufr & invalidate nikah. Obviously the intention was not to commit kufr. I am really worried and would be grateful for a quick response

Answer

(Fatwa: 475/475/M=1431)

In the question mentioned above, there is no ruling of kufr and termination of nikah for him. However one should avoid saying such words.
