Is it permissible for me to talk to my fiancé on the phone when my parents are not present?

I live in UK and my financee live in Burma (Myanmar).Also he has a phone contact with my parents only bt not with me .Sometimes When he call to my home phone to talk with my parents Whiles my parents are not at home , So my question is that In shariah at that moment Am i allowed to accept phone call and answer his phone or Should i cut phone line when i hear his voice and not talk with him?? So can i answer me this question quickly plz?? (2) Also Shall I talk with him when he request to my mum to talk with me only once ??? Because we r very far from each other so can i talk with him only one time in front of my mum??

You can talk to him in the time of severe need.
