Dear Mufti Sb. Is Cultivation of Hashish and Poppy is allowed in Islam to run a family economy on it and giving or getting of Zakat (charity) from the mentioned product is Halal or Harm.

Farming hashish and poppy is not unlawful if done under the limit of law, it may be allowable. And zakah can be paid with its income. And if the income reaches up to nisab, zakah shall be wajib on it. However, its business is makrooh tanzihi.
