Is it most pleasing to Allah for me to stay in this marriage despite the mistreatment?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
My husband and I married eachother with children from a previous marriage. Since then,he has continuously pursued other women, regularly curses myself and my children and has abandoned all of my rights totally. He isn’t attracted to me and refers to me by all types of foul speech and tries to convince all of my female friends to marry him because he’s a “Sheikh”to the point where they left me. His ex wife says she went through the same and she’s also a very good woman. His parents also encourage him not to give me any rights because he married a divorcee and make him sleep there at night. The only thing that keeps me is we have a beautiful son, MashaAllah, whom we both love. Also I am pregnant from the few times he came home two months ago, but I’m afraid to tell him because he becomes more unjust when I’m pregnant. (I had 4 miscarriages before my 1 yr old son because of this)I am fully capable of doing this alone but what is Most pleasing to Allah?

Convince your husband with the help of any influential person, he may change his mind. Had there been an Islamic government today he would have got severe punishment due to this injustice. Keep on trying to make him understand, perhaps he will be convinced.
