How to get divorce when the woman is pregnant? Please give me right decision, as soon as possible.

If there is no way of settlement between husband and wife then due to severe compulsion you can give her talaq in the state of pregnancy as well. You should give only one talaq. When the child is born her iddah shall be over. Husband shall be responsible for her maintenance up to the end of iddah. And after the child is born the expenses of the child shall be on father up to the age of 7 years.
