Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I have been married since last 5 years but my parents and her parents do not know about it because she told her parents about us but they beat her and abused her. And we had no physical relation yet. Now we both want to have physical relation because it disturbs us a lot. Please reply.

(Fatwa: 1448/937/L=1432)

If both of you were adult at the time of nikah and both of you did ijab-o-qubool (proper exchange of nikah words) as per the Shariah then your nikah was valid. Also, it is right to have physical contact after nikah. However it is better if both of you make your parents ready first in any way then follow the other things pertaining to nikah. And if due to some reasons the parents are not ready then you should terminate this matter before establishing any physical contact, because a marriage which is done without the consent of parents has no blessings and prosperity.
