Asslam Alaikum! can i go for job or work out of country? and how long time can i left to my family specially my wife?

(Fatwa: 1096/1096=M/1429)
It is not unlawful to go to a foreign country for a job. If there is no source of income in one’s own land, there is no wrong in going to foreign country for lawful income, but one should not violate the rights pertaining to family, wife and children. With the permission of wife, husband can stay away from her for more than four months. If she does not allow, he has to come back within four months.
