Can a tooth be fixed in the event of tooth removal or broken tooth?

As’salmu alaikum. Can a permanent tooth be fixed in the event of tooth removal or broken tooth. Also, can we fix artificial ENAMEL to strengethen the gums and tooth which will become sensitive and weak??

You can do both the things.
