What qualifications are necessary for someone to lead Taraweeh prayers?

Asslam Wa Alaikum. I had a question regarding taraweeh prayers. What are the requirements for someone to lead taraweeh? Is beard one of them. And if it is does it have to be handful. Jazakallah

(Fatwa: 999/999=J)

The one who leads taraweeh must be having a fistful beard. It has been clearly mentioned by the scholars of Fiqh.
