What are the rewards for keeping a beard despite parental pressure to trim it?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Assalamoalaikum, I just wanted to ask that does the niyat to keep a beard give me the desired reward for keeping it given that i am forced (to the extreme) by my parents to trim it. Although i have not trimmed it yet but i m very worried.

(Fatwa: 606/606=M/1430)

If the beard is not still grown, it is reward-able to have such an intention and once it is practiced it has very much reward. May Allah bestow hidayah to your father! It is sin to shave or trim beard below the Shariah limit. It is unlawful to obey father in this regard. You should keep on convincing him with wisdom, politeness and good tactic, and keep on praying Allah too.
