What does the Quran and Hadith say about tying hands below the naval or chest during prayer?

As salam alaikum, respected ulama, my question is regarding rakat. i will tie my hands not below the naval or not on the chest in middle is it ok.I am the follower of hanafi madhab. please clarify in the light of quran & hadith.

Answer

(Fatwa: 959/722=H/1430)

It is proved from some companions that they regarded putting the hands below navel as sunnah. The Hanafi School of Fiqh follows the same opinion. If you are a Hanafi, you should practice the same.
