Answer
(Fatwa: 1516/1220/L=1430)
(1) There is no Zakah separately on the existing value of the shares, rather it will be counted with other assets and wealth owned by you and then Zakah will be calculated. The ruling you mentioned about the Zakah of gold is not right. If someone has gold but is in debt more than the value of the gold, there is no Zakah on him.
(2) If the wudhu is nullified during salah, the imam should appoint anyone as imam on his behalf by making signs. If he did not do so and performed the complete salah, he should inform the muqtadis about the same whether phone or by letter. If it is not possible in any way, it is compulsion:
کما یلزم الإمام إخبار القوم إذا أمھم وھو محدث أو جنب أو فاقد شرط أو رکن ۔۔۔ بالقدر الممکن بلسانہ أو بکتاب أو رسول علی الأصح لو معینین وإلا لا یلزمہ (الدر المختار مع الشامی 2:340)
