Do I need to repeat namaz for all the years I read Qadha without knowing if I was paak or napaak?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I became a muslim in 1998, there after , i never prayed for one year , as i was in college and i never wanted my parents to know abt it. i was learning how to perform namaz whenever i use to come from my collge and classes, at home, we had a very small House, so i cudnt read namaz there also, as every one cud see me I finished my college and started working, Years later we shifted in flat in kandivali, there we had 1BHK flat, so i use to go in the kitchen lock the kitchen and offer my salah, even when i use to work there i cudn’t perform my namaz but then , i use to come home and perform all the Qadha namaz for that day and go to sleep. secondly , i had a boyfriend , i thought i would convince him to get into islam , i have dated him several times, and we have gone out many times, but till that time, i had never knew abt paaki and naapaaki, i never had intimate sex with that guy, but majorly whenever we were together, with fondling and oral sex, but whenever i use to come home i never use to do ghusal becuz i knew i never had intimate sex with him, which is compulsory for ghusal, i use to come home and pray. Pls advice do i have to repeat my namaz for all the years which i have read Qadha ,( not knowing wether i was paak or napaak) before the namaz i use to perform my Wadhu please advice on this as well. Do i have to repeat the namaz again for those days

Answer

(Fatwa: 451/L=137/tl=1431)

As a result of fondling and oral sex, if you experienced no seminal discharge, no ghusl would be wajib on you. In this case, you need not to repeat those salah. And if you had seminal discharge and semen used to release from your private part then ghusl was wajib on you, in this condition your salah was not right, and hence now repeating of those salah is obligatory. If you do not remember, it is better to repeat all those salah. And whatever wrong relationship you established with a non-mahram boy, it is necessary for you to make tauba and do istighfar.
