assalamo alaikum,govt employees ko provident fund ka jo fix amount deduct hota hai har mahine ki salary se, wo retirement ke baad wapas milta hai asal amount se kuch percent zyada as a form of interest..kya wo extra amount jo interest ke form me hota hai use apne uper istemal kar sakte hai.agar nahi kar sakte hai to us paise ka kya karna chahiye.

The amount deducted by the government while the employee has no option to withhold it, then the total amount along with the addition is lawful for the employee. The additional amount is not interest as per the Shariah. So, you can spend it in your and your family’s needs.
