Answer

(Fatwa: 1688/1391=L/1429)

In the abovementioned case, it is lawful to pray, do zikr and recitation on the carpet. It is lawful to do such a work in bank which does not require help in interest like being peon; the salary will be lawful and halal. Therefore, one should unnecessarily not fall in doubt about prayers etc.
