Asselamualaicum, I am working in cargo company in dubai, our business is to send customers goods to their country.. when customer come to dubai for purchase if they need money our company give them credit as a loan and how much money we given to customer we charge 5% for that amount and also customer purchase goods from diffrent different companies and tell to collect amount from us so we pay all the amt for customer purchase and charge 5% for the amount we paid. I want to know this is correct to charge 5% for the amount we given cash to customer and we paid to other company for customer purchase.. Pls tell me and also suggest me for future.. Jajakallah

To lend money to customers on 5% or to pay a company for the customers and take 5% additional money from the customers, both the cases are of interest which is unlawful. Yes, you may deal with customers thus that they should inform you after having checked the things in any shop and then you tell them that I will sell you those things after purchasing them on 5% increase. If he gets ready to buy this way, you are allowed to take the profit. There will be a condition that first you possess those things by buying and then sell them to your customers.
