Is attending a nikah/walimah haram if there is any sinful activity (like Jode ki raqam, photo video, phool ka haar) or there is more spending money on the dawat. Please let me know.

If any walimah or party involves dance, song, mixing of men and women, photography or videography etc or the feast is held for pride, then it is not right to participate in such party.
وأما الأعذار التى يسقط بها وجوب اجابة الدعوة أو ندبها فمنها ……..أو يدعوه لخوف شره أو لطمع فى جاهه أو ليعاونه على باطل أو أن لا يكون هناك منكر من خمر أو لهوأ وفرض حريرأ و صور حيوان غير مفروشة (حاشية مسلم للنووى : 1/462)
