What action should I take to ensure my prayer is not void after passing urine?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
After passing urine i take care of last few drops a lot. Clean and wipe the part with toliet paper. But when i come out i feel that some drops have come out. When I am at home I change the underwear and the pant. However, when I am at office I keep the tissue paper in the front so that it doesn’t impure the underwear and pant. Please tell me the better way so i can avoid the impurity. 1) Is it necessary to bath 2) Is it necessary to Wash the private part 3) Just change underwear and pant / remove the tissue paper after we feel that the drops have stopped Please let me know which of the above actions do I need to take so that my prayer will not be void?

Answer

(Fatwa: 100/72=H/1429)

(1-2) In this case, the ghusl is not obligatory. It is better for you to wrap up tissue paper and when the dripping stops, take out the tissue paper and wash the part. It is necessary to wash it.

(3) The ruling is same. If the underwear and pant are smeared with urine, then it is sufficient to wash the part which is smeared, it is not necessary to wash the entire underwear and pant.
