Dear Mufti Sahib, Assalamu alaikum, 1] During the month of Ramzan there is lot of crowd in the Haram so much so after we perform Nafl Tawafs during the Last 10 days of Ramzan especially in the late nights we are prevented by the authorities to say our Nafl Namaz of the Tawaf immediately anywhere in the Mataf area or anywhere in the Haram because the whole of Haram is packed with people saying there Shabina Namaz. During these circustances can we continue to perform 2 or more Nafl Tawafs at a stretch and later say our Nafl Namaz of Tawaf in 2 rakaats each for the number of Tawafs we had performed ? 2] Because of the vast crowd it becomes inevitable that we sometimes are forced to cross in front of people who are saying their namaz in the Haram. Is is Ok if this happens due to the situation prevelant in the Haram? Jazakallah,

Yes, you can perform two tawaf and then offer two rakats for each tawaf, both the tawafs will be valid, buthowever it is makrooh (undesirable) to do so.

(2) In the Masjid-e-Haram it is allowed to cross from in front of people offering salah; since it is a big mosque and it is like a an open field where crossing in front of people in salah is permissible.
