How should a deceased husband’s assets be divided under Islamic law?

My late husband is survived by wife, two daughters and no son. also two full brothers and one step sister( same father different mother). kindly advice on shares of each.

Answer

(Fatwa: 210/180/L=1432)

In the question mentioned above, all the property of your deceased husband after due rights preceding inheritance, shall be divided into 48 shares. The wife shall get 6 shares, each daughter 16-16 shares, and each real brother 5-5 shares, while the step sister shall get no share.

Detail:
Wife: 1×6 06
Daughter: 2×16 = 32
Real brother: 2×5= 10
Total: 48 Shares
