Is it halal for a Muslim manager to oversee operations involving financing and insurance schemes?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Assalamu Alaikum I am working as a manager in a private logistics firm, owned by a Muslim. The trucks owned by the firm are all financed through financial institutions. Also the owner has invested in some Insurance schemes with ICICI, Gokulam Chits etc. The accounts for all these instalment payments are obviuosly handled by me. Although personally i dislike the same, as a manager i am expected to oversee all the operations. Please advice me whether the job i do is halal?. If not please advice me as how to avoid such incomes? Jazakallah

In order to avoid the repercussions, it is advised to keep on seeking repentance from Allah and continue looking for a legal and halal source of income, and when you succeed to find one then leave this job.
