(1) We could not get the meaning of Shafana. If this word is Shabana (with B) then it means: night time.
(2) Ariz (عریض) means cheek, face, the head clerk of army, occurring event, succeeding (Firoz-ul-Lughat). This name is correct.
(3) Muhammad Afzal means pious, finest, best (Firozul Lughat). This name is also correct.
(3) Fazil means abundant, excess, surplus, accomplished, excellent, learned. (ibid). This name is also correct.
