Can interest money be used for constructing toilets and bathrooms in mosques?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Whether it is lawful to give interest money received from provident fund/saving bank account/insurance policy for constructing toilet and bathroom inside the mosque campus. Whether interest money can be given on poor girls marriages?

Answer

(Fatwa: 2019/B=419/TB=1432)

This is impure and haram money. And the right use of haram money is that it should be given in charity to poor and needy ones without the intention of reward in order to save oneself from its curse. It is not lawful to use haram money to build toilet and bathroom in the boundary of Masjid because these things do not involve the option of tamlik. In the marriage of poor girl, make her its owner by giving it in her hands then she can spend it in her marriage expenses.
