There is a Muslim school registered by government who is providing Islamic and modern education for Muslims and non-Muslims student and free education for poor students Muslim and non-Muslim. I want to know this school management can get or use zakat, sadaqatul-fitr, chaliswan and chirm-qurbani for education purposes. And that will be jayez?

Zakah, Sadaqatul Fitr and price of Skin of Slaughtered animal of Qurbani must be given to the poor Muslims; otherwise the zakah will not be valid. Therefore, it is unlawful to utilize these amounts for educational purposes.
