Is Isha 10:56pm in North America during Summer?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Some of our friends say that Isha prayer time starts just one hour and 15 minuts after Maghrib prayer. Is it true as per Hanafi Maslak. In North America during Summer season and due to day light saving timing Isha goes up to 10:56(as per local prayer time tables). Most of local prayer time tables also indicates same 10:56pm for ishaa prayer. Please reply in detail what is correct timing we should follow in North America (canada) in the light of Ulma and any available hadees if possible. Your quick and positive reply will be highly appreciated. Wassalam

The time of Isha salah starts when shafaq (twilight) disappears after the sunset. The duration between the sunset and disappearing of shafaq is different on account of weather and place; sometimes at the same place this duration differs in different seasons. However, the places where shafaq disappears just after sunset because of which the time of Isha salah is untraced, then the people over there should offer Isha salah after a normal break (after Maghrib salah) as they used to do in normal days of the year. In the Hadith-e Dajjal, we have been asked to estimate the time, from which the ruling of such situation will be derived. (Hadith-e-Dajjal, Tirmizi 2:48)
