Is it permissible for an Indian Muslim to wear a tie and have meals with Shia friends in Dubai?

I am an indian muslim guy , working in Dubai since 1992 and would like to know about … (1) question : can , I wear the Tie is it possible in islam or not at office, since it was Roman Culture . (2) can , I have lunch and dinner with our Shia friends and brothers

(Fatwa: 589/549=L/1429)

Wearing tie without a forceful need is not right,

One should avoid eating with them.
