Sharia law: How to divide deceased brother’s property with wife and daughters?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
My elder brother is passed away last month. He has land and money in the bank also. He has wife and two daughters. We have father, mother and two brothers still alive. How to divide this property as per Sharia law?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 487/456/M=5/1441)
In the question mentioned above the property left by your elder brother (land, money in bank etc.) shall be divided into 27 shares after paying due rights preceding inheritance. Out of total the wife shall get 3 shares, father and mother shall get 4-4 shares while each daughter shall get 8-8 shares. In this case the brothers shall get nothing. The detail of Shariah division is as follows:
Details:
Wife: 1×3=03
Father: 1×4=04
Mother: 1×4=04
Daughters: 2×8=16
Total: 27
